Bios: Jennifer
Webster 
Jennifer
Webster serves as a special consultant for the firm. Her responsibilities
include communications training, strategic consulting, and media relations
management for corporate and not-for-profit organizations. Her background
includes public relations campaigns for major U.S. companies, marketing
assignments, and stints in government and politics.
Jennifer’s project assignments have included crisis management,
training, developing communication plans, witness preparation, and
a wide variety of others. She has represented numerous law firms,
banks, hospitals, insurance companies, a television production studio,
and one of the largest independent school districts in the country.
In the political arena, Jennifer has worked for
a number of state and federal candidates and elected public officials,
developing a surrogate speakers program, issue briefing books, speeches,
scheduling, press relations, and new staff training. As an aide
to U.S. Senator Phil Gramm, Jennifer acted as the Senator’s
liaison to the Department of State, Department of Housing and Urban
Development, and Department of Labor, monitoring issues and investigating
constituent problems.
Clients appreciate Jennifer’s experience
and sensitivity in crisis communications management. Her calm demeanor
and persistent style is an asset in working with multiple constituencies
and the media. On numerous occasions, Jennifer has used her skills
as a coach and facilitator to step into last minute projects to
organize and successfully implement a strategic communications plan.
The Houston native and Texas A&M graduate
contributes to civic affairs as a volunteer for the Boys and Girls
Club of Greater Houston, and is an active member of her church.
As the mother of three young daughters, she is especially interested
in issues affecting women, children, preventive health care, and
education.
